Plant profile · availability to be confirmed
Poppy 'Mother of Pearl' is a distinctive variety, originally developed by the English artist and gardener, Sir Cedric Morris. The beautiful single and double blooms boast a gentle palette of smoky lilac, pink and white with dainty flecking on the petals, all with a metallic-blue undertone. These poppies will happily take care of themselves, simply scatter the seeds into finely raked soil and leave! Once flowering has finished, their striking seed heads provide a second season of interest and will self-sow ready to produce another beautiful display the following year
